System Requirements
It is assumed that you're currently running at least OSX 10.6. Some software in this collection is not compatibile with 10.4, 10.5, or the PowerPC architecture. You should be able to find alternatives through their respective websites if you're not running 10.6.

All of this software is either free, open source, or shareware. If you're looking for serials/cracks, you won't find them here as I will not provide them. The purpose of this torrent is to allow you to pick and choose the software you want/need for your Mac without having to look everywhere. Until Ninite creates a service for Macintosh similar to what they offer for Windows, I will keep pumping out these collections.

The software in these collections are based on personal experience and/or recommendations from friends, and are the latest versions as of 8-4-10.

Simple image editor, runs in 64-bit mode.

Adium
Multi-Protocol Instant Messenger that supports AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Googletalk, ICQ, Jabber, MobileMe, BonJour, MySpace, Facebook, Sametime, GroupWise, QQ, and Gadu-Gadu. Has a myriad of expansions and addons available at their website.

AIM_for_Mac
AOL's Instant Messenger for Mac. Includes the "Lifestream" feature for including Twitter and Facebook integration.

Artisteer
Joomla/Drupal/Wordpress Template creator that gives you a WYSIWYG interface for handling CSS layouts.

BatchMod
Allows for mass-scale file/folder permissions.

Bean
A word processor written in Cocoa. Partially compatible with Word file formats.

Burn
CD/DVD Burning application for burning Data, Audio, Video, and making copies.

Caffeine
Menubar utility that prevents your Mac's screen from dimming, and your Mac from going to sleep.

Carbon Copy Cloner
Clones your entire hard drive
as a bootable-backup. Very useful if you want to upgrade to a larger hard drive but not deal with the wait time of Time Machine.

Application remover tool that removes not just the application, but also all the associated files/folders. An absolute must-have.

Twitter manager that presents tweets in an attractive layout.

The most popular torrent manager is finally out of beta for Mac.
