Serif Photo Plus is a photo editing application like Photoshop that mimics some features and tools of the Adobe application.

With it you can improve the appearance of a picture after undergoing a series of graphic filters, adjust brightness and contrast, color balance, red eye reduction, etc..

Serif Photo Plus can also be used to create small web animations. One of the weaknesses of the program is the text tool, worse than Photoshop. The image formats supported are: JPG, TIFF or BMP.
