This is a Korg Trinity Refill for Reason.
The refill is 287mb in size which means it covers the whole Korg sound spectrum. This refill contains patches for the NN-XT digital sampler in Reason.
The keyboard is of course the Korg Trinity and you would be hard pushed these days to find a producer who has not used it.
