An experienced rescue team composed by Dan, Greg and Cath is trying to locate the six women in the caves of the Appalachian Mountains. Meanwhile Sarah is found wounded, covered with blood, in shock and amnesic by a truck driver and brought to the Hyett County Hospital. Sheriff Vaines suspects that Sarah has killed her friends and forces her to return to the Boreham Caves together with his Deputy Rios and the rescue team. They search deeper and deeper in the caves but when Sarah recovers her memory, she panics and Sheriff Vaines shoots, provoking a cavein. The trapped group sooner faces the hunger and savage breed of predators while trying to find a way out.

Storyline: In a neighborhood on the outskirts of Rome the crime, drugs and graffiti are pervasive. A large apartment complex seems to be a prison for the inhabitants. Marco returns to the hood after serving time in prison for dealing drugs but hes rejected and abandoned by his wife. His old friends still want him to deal cocaine for them. At first hes reluctant but it seems to be all he knows to do. Faustino, Massimo and Federico are delinquents who hang out together while doing drugs, petty crime, and looking for sex. Sonia is different from the rest because she studies and works all the time but even Sonia wont escape without being a victim. A tragic incident brings the main characters together and leaves behind a trail of fire, blood and violence.
