With little delay, the deck is held so the spectator can see their card protruding from the deck (Yes, it is their card, they can see their actual card the whole effect). The performer then causes the signed card to VERY visually rise through the deck to the top. A couple endings are possible, both of which involve the signature on the back of the card (hidden by the top card) to visually jump to the top, completing the rising of the card to the top. The card is then handed out for inspection.
