Plot:
Fans of police action movies will find the beginning of La Horde quite familiar: a cop lies dead in a trash heap, and his comrades seek vengeance by going after his killers. Their unauthorized mission takes them to a condemned tower block. Unfortunately for the vengeful cops, lady luck turns her back on them, and they wind up as captives of the men that they are after. The gangsters, believing that their prisoners are part of a larger group, torture their captives to get information and end up killing one of the unlucky officers.
