Master photographer Jerry Ghionis of XSiGHT Photography and Video started his professional career in 1994 and has quickly established himself as one of Australia’s leading photographers. Jerry stamps a recognizable and unique style with everything he photographs. With an uncompromising passion for photography, Jerry’s success can be attributed to consistency and the constant reinvention of himself and his company. His versatility extends to the wedding, portrait, fashion and corporate fields. Jerry’s efforts were recognized in the industry, being honored with the 1999 A.I.P.P.(Australian Institute of Professional Photography) award for “Best New Talent” in Victoria.

I.D. (The International Design Magazine) was a magazine covering the art, business and culture of design. It was published eight times a year by F+W Media. I.D. has won five National Magazine Awards: three for General Excellence (1995, 1997, 1999), one for Design (1997), and one for Special Interests (2000). The Barry Sisters show that they could make passable '60s-style girl group records, and Marie Applebee delivers -- in master and demo versions -- the bizarre "The Boy Who Took My Heart (Took My Mind)." The centerpiece for collectors may be the three cuts from the long-lost demonstration tape that got the Essex signed to Roulette Records. The recordings on Girls Will Be Girls, Vol. 1, commercial failure notwithstanding, were held to high production standards and masterminded by talented people, so fans of the genre will find much of interest.
