my customer format the data.then recovery the data but zip file cannot open.so i want zip file pro activation code

I have a old version of Maya Unlimited 6.0, but i can't get it to install because it keeps asking me for a serial number, once entered i get sent to the Alias site where i need to recuest a Activation Key from them, My dilemma is that they'r site says my serial Number isn't Valid so i have resorted to trying to get a Activation Key Code from other places, which led me to this site, So now i ask for anyone that can help me, Pleaz. i'm at my wits end, can u help me???
