A flowing workout that burns calories and tones your muscles by intermixing dance, yoga and Pilates. It's an exceptionally fluid and graceful combination — the transitions are seamless and the "fusions" are natural (e.g. a warrior pose that gently evolves into a plie). All the moves have a lower-body focus. They're moderately paced, but surprisingly challenging (Ellen often includes a balance or rotation element to increase the intensity ... and results). The ending floorwork is unique; it blends traditional toning moves with muscle-lengthening stretches. Also unique: the program was shot "live," so it really seems like you're in the room with Ellen and her crew.
