Son of Lassie is a 1945 MGM feature film starring Peter Lawford, Donald Crisp, June Lockhart and the dog actor Pal.
The film is a sequel to the first MGM Lassie film Lassie Come Home and follows an adult Joe Carraclough and Lassie's
son, "Laddie" in the RAF. It is the second of MGM's seven "Lassie" films.

As Easy Company enters Germany itself, they find themselves confronted with the horrors of the holocaust when members of Easy Company stumble across a Nazi concentration camp.

Lassie Come Home is a 1943 MGM feature film starring Roddy McDowall and canine actor, Pal in a story about the
profound bond between Yorkshire boy Joe Carraclough and his rough collie, Lassie. The film was directed by Fred M.
Wilcox from a screenplay by Hugo Butler based upon the 1940 novel Lassie Come-Home by Eric Knight. The film was
the first in a series of seven MGM films starring "Lassie."

Between 1941 and 1945, the little fortress town of Theresienstadt in Czechoslovakia was the transit camp to the death camps in the East for thousands of Czech, German, Austrian and Dutch Jews.

Mitchie Torres (Demi Lovato) cannot wait to return to Camp Rock so that she and rock stars Shane Gray (Joe Jonas), Nate (Nick Jonas) and Jason (Kevin Jonas) can spend the summer making music and having fun with their friends.

The story begins July 1942. Easy Company, 506th Battalion, 101st Airborne Corps arrive in Camp Toccoa in Georgia, under the supervision of Company leader, Captain Herbert Sobel.

The story follows Mitchelle "Mitchie" Torres (Demi Lovato), an aspiring young musician who is hoping to become a professional singer. Mitchie wants to go to a music camp named "Camp Rock".

"There are low-budget films which are more focused on simply finishing their film at all costs and then films such as this one, which still take care to both put up something both enjoyable, and yet good.

1st one, made in '07
The film opens with animated abstract visualizations, film and stock footage, a cartoon and audio quotes. The latter include part of a speech by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche about spirituality, followed by a series of musically synchronized clips of war and explosions culminating with the September 11 attacks.
