Two years later, after Commander Shepard Pozhinateley to repel the invasion, humanity has a new enemy, methodically destroying the colony of people on the outskirts of the studied space. To face the impending threat legendary Spektr have to work with the powerful and ruthless organization * * Cerberus, whose purpose - at any cost to save humanity from destruction.

While most genre-bending games are content to dissemble just one convention, Overlord takes on two. Not only does it attempt to subvert how you perceive Tolkien-esque high fantasy by essentially putting you in the role of the dark lord Sauron, but the game also plays like a real-time strategy game masquerading as a third-person action RPG. It's all very promising, since real-time strategy games can be such slaves to convention; and it's rare for a game to focus so exclusively on encouraging you to explore your darker impulses. Though the game's controls take some getting used to, and its exploration of evil could use a little more bite, it's generally pretty successful.

Shepard, sent to inspect the base of Cerberus, which reigns suspicious silence, arrives in search of Goths, captured the base. The only survivor, Chief Scientist Archer tells him the terrible picture of what happened: as a result of the experiment on the unification of Volunteers c virtual intelligence creates a dangerous hybrid VI overlord. Furious artificial intelligence has already attacked three other bases and Cerberus took control of all available technologies in an attempt to break free and expand the Goths across the globe. If Shepard can not penetrate his stronghold, the deadliest Intelligence cebya circulate around the planet and will wreak havoc in other systems.

Taking control of a mysterious figure that has inherited the legacy of the long-dead evil Overlord, the player emerges near death from the ruins of the old Overlord's Dark Tower. Only the player's actions will determine if they will rise to become the new all-powerful Overlord; it's all up to how bad they want to be in order to succeed ... evil or really evil! With a dark sense of humor, the game immerses players in twisted parodies of classic fantasy stories and characters. In a unique twist, players will have control over an army of an army of Minions that will use their unique skills to fetch, fight and die for their new Overlord. Throughout the game players will actively control a horde of these gremlin-like creatures that will follow every bidding no matter how whimsical or life threatening it may be.

The PlayStation 3 Raising Hell edition of Overlord enhances the original with a heaping helping of content that includes all of the downloadable content released to date.

Jimmy the Saint's business is videotaping the terminally-ill, so that they will be around to give 'Afterlife Advice' to their survivors. He hasn't been doing too well lately and has had to turn to loan-sharks to accomodate his failing business, as well as his expensive personal tastes. When an evil gangster-overlord buys up his note and demands a favor of Jimmy, in exchange for the interest that he can't afford, Jimmy capitulates. Jimmy is to scare someone for the gangster-overlord--really rough them up. Without giving too much away (spoiler), the scene goes down badly and Jimmy and his crew all end up with contracts on their heads for their trouble.

Mara Jade is beautiful, intelligent--and deadly! She is the personal assassin of the Empire`s dark overlord. But after the Emperor`s death, an unforeseen variable is about to enter the scene of her final mission, the assassination of the leader of the Black Nebula crime organization. Though her master is dead, Jade must complete her final mission...even if it costs her life!
