Storyline: Rick Grimes is a former police officer who has been in a coma for several months after being shot whilst on duty. When he wakes, he discovers that the world has been taken over by Zombies, and that he seems to be the only person still alive. Having returned home to discover his wife and son missing, he heads for Atlanta to search for his family. Narrowly escaping death at the hands of the Zombies on arrival in Atlanta, he is aided by another survivor Glenn who takes Rick to a camp outside the town. There Rick finds his wife Lori and son Carl. Along with his partner and best friend Shane, he founds a small group of survivors who struggle to fend off the zombie hordes, as well as competing with other survivor groups who are prepared to do whatever it takes to survive.

UFC on Fuel TV: Korean Zombie vs. Poirier, also known as UFC on Fuel TV 3, took place on May 15, 2012 at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia. Initially, this event was referred to as UFC on FX 3, but was since clarified to be a Fuel TV event.
The main event featured "The Korean Zombie" Chan Sung Jung facing Dustin Poirier in a five-minute five round fight. The winner of this bout reportedly will face Jose Aldo for the UFC Featherweight Championship.

In Afghanistan, Dusty falls in with a team of NATO special forces on a secret assignment. Turns out Derek is not so crazy after all, and that Osama has returned from his watery grave and is making an army of zombie terrorists. When the group crashes headlong into the growing zombie apocalypse, Dusty and the troops must find and destroy the root of the zombie insurgency before it infests the rest of the world.

Our drawing class this term focuses on character design and development, taught by Siju Thomas. Thomas is a talented artist who specilizes in creating characters -- beginning with traditional skeletal, muscular, and skin sketches and then taking them to 3D modeling. A point which he's sure to drive home is the idea of creating characters which are grounded in reality -- varied concerns such as considering movement based upon physique, determining dental structure and jaw line based upon diet (aka, a carnivore would most likely have incisors), and more.

This is the start of a whole new era of 3D training at fxphd. We will be starting out with modelling and then moving to texturing and lighting. For the first time we have a new and exciting program that integrates with our other courses.
