MorphoX is essentially a hybrid virtual analogue synth, and includes all the standard VA features, such as a variety of blendable oscillator shapes, unison detune, ring, amplitude and frequency modulation, built in chorus and delay effects, arpeggiator, and modulation matrix. The main difference between MorphoX and LinPlugs other synths is the Morph Wheel, which allows the user to quickly and easily morph between two patches. Using this feature, its possible to create highly expressive performances and complex sounds in real-time via MIDI.

The Drumaxx percussion modelling instrument gives you total control over 16 physically modelled drum pads that can be routed to independent outputs for external effects processing.

Kingpin is a punchy vintage kit combining classic vintage tone and modern snap. This kit can dish out everything from R'n'B and urban grooves through to rock, pop and indy tracks. The kit itself is a 1970s vintage Gretsch USA maple comprised of two rack toms, two floor toms, two kick drum variations and two snares. The drums are accompanied with Bosphorus cymbals for a dark, dry and smooth finish. The kit was sampled in a controlled enclosure for a tight and direct sound. As usual we've used nothing but the finest gear to capture the kit, including Neumann mics, a vintage Neve desk, API and Chandler preamps and a roll of 2" tape.

The Buck stops here. A modern take on a vintage kit with plenty of punch to cut through and enough tone to sit right in a rock track. The kit is a vintage 1970s Gretsch Stop-Sign Maple with Zildjian and Sabian cymbals. The kit was tracked in a big old wooden theatre and dialing in the room sound can go from tight to espansive. As usual we've used nothing but the finest gear to capture the kit including classic Neumann mics, vintage Neve 1064 preamps. The tracks were then processed through vintage DBX 160 "VU" compressors for added grit and girth.
